Yes, the reservations are genuine and verifiable in airline or hotel systems, but they are not fully paid bookings. You cannot use them to actually board a flight or stay at a hotel — they are for documentation purposes only.

Normally between 10 and 60 minutes during our working hours (7:00 AM – 11:30 PM GMT+7). Outside of these hours, delivery may take 2–8 hours due to limited staffing.

Each booking is valid for a limited period, usually 2 to 14 days. After this time, the reservation automatically expires.

You may select your own travel date, but it cannot be in the past and should be at least 2 days from today. Bookings also cannot be made more than 11 months in advance. Please note that while our system may allow past dates to be entered, such orders cannot be processed and are non-refundable.

If we cannot provide a valid reservation due to technical problems or airline unavailability, we will either send an alternative booking or issue a refund.
