1. Our Service

  • Book Onward Ticket provides flight and hotel reservations for documentation purposes only.
  • These are not fully paid bookings and cannot be used to board flights or stay at hotels.
  • Reservations are intended to support visa applications, airport check-ins, and proof of onward travel.
  • Each reservation remains valid for a short period (usually 2–14 days) and will expire once that time has passed.

 

2. Use of Service

  • You must provide accurate and complete details when booking.
  • The departure date must not be in the past and should be at least 2 days from the booking date. Please note that, due to technical limitations, our website may still allow bookings with past dates. We cannot provide such reservations, and they are non-refundable, so please be aware.
  • Reservations are created using the information you provide; once processed, changes are usually not possible.
  • Our service must not be misused or misrepresented as fully paid tickets or confirmed stays.

 

3. Delivery Time

  • Reservations are normally sent to your email within 10–60 minutes during working hours.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on airline systems, high demand, or technical delays.

 

4. Refunds

  • Reservations are non-refundable once delivered.
  • If we cannot complete your order, we may provide a refund or arrange an alternative booking.
  • Duplicate or accidental payments will be reviewed and refunded if confirmed.
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method, with timing depending on your bank or provider.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Book Onward Ticket is an independent service and has no affiliation with airlines, embassies, or immigration authorities.
While our documents are intended for visa and travel support, acceptance is not guaranteed and may vary by country or carrier.
We are not responsible for any outcomes such as visa denial, refusal of entry, or fines resulting from the use or misuse of our service.
In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

 

6. Customer Support

  • Our support team is available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM (GMT+7), including weekends and public holidays.
  • You can reach us at support@bookonwardticket.com or via our contact form.
  • We aim to reply within 30 minutes during business hours with friendly, human assistance.
  • Support is only available for cases submitted within 14 days of the booking. Requests made after 14 days cannot be supported or answered.

 

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is handled according to our
Privacy Policy.
By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
